Function and use of sodium alginate paste in prin

　　In the printing process, the original sodium alginate paste itself does not react chemically. As an ideal printing paste, it needs to meet the following requirements:

　　1, the physical and chemical properties are stable, which is convenient for storage during processing.

　　2. It has a high paste forming rate. The original paste of sodium alginate is made of water. The less sodium alginate is used to prepare a certain amount of the same viscosity, the higher the paste formation rate and the lower the cost.

　　3. After the sodium alginate is pasted, it has good compatibility with dyes and auxiliaries to ensure the uniformity of printing.

　　4. The paste should have good thixotropy, that is, in the printing process, when the color paste passes through the roller point of the flower tube or the roller point of the scraper during screen printing, the viscosity will decrease, and after the pressure is removed, it can immediately return to the original viscosity.

　　5. The color paste prepared by sodium alginate original paste should have a good printing effect, which is embodied in the amount of color and permeability.

　　6. Ensure good washability, and ensure that the original paste can be easily removed in soaping and washing during post-treatment after the fabric is printed and fixed, so as to ensure that the finished product feels soft.
