As a natural polymer, sodium alginate can improve the properties and structure of food with its inherent physical and chemical properties. In addition, it is widely used in food, medicine, chemistry, biology and other fields because of its good biodegradability, biocompatibility, thickening, modeling, stability and flocculation. At present, there are two aspects in the research of sodium alginate membrane materials: sodium alginate and composite membrane materials can be prepared by flat scraping membrane and electrostatic spinning. At present, sodium alginate membrane materials are prepared, and the latter is only sodium alginate-based composite nanofiber membrane materials.
In this paper, SA/CNTs-COOH composite films and SA/PEG/CNTs-COOH composite films were prepared by using biodegradable natural polymer sodium alginate as raw material and adding methyl carbon nanotubes and polyethylene glycol. The effects of different concentrations of CNTs-COOH, PEG concentration and molecular weight of PEG on the morphology of the composite membrane were studied, and its surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope. At the same time, the pure water flux, protein flux and protein rejection rate of SA/CNTs-COOH composite membrane were mainly studied. The results show that the SA/CNTs-COOH composite membrane has good swelling rate, is not easy to be damaged in the whole experiment, and has high dry and wet and protein fluxes, and the rejection rate is above 90%.
Sodium alginate/polyethylene oxide (SA/PEO), sodium alginate/polyethylene oxide/diammonium hydrogen phosphate (SA/PEO/DAP), sodium alginate/polyethylene oxide/titanium dioxide (SA/PEO/TiO2) and sodium alginate/polyethylene oxide/polyacrylamide/ammonium persulfate/methylene bisacrylamide (SA/PEO/TiO 2) were prepared by electrostatic spinning. The viscosity of spinning solution was tested by rheometer and scanning electron microscope, the surface morphology of nanofiber membrane was observed and the distribution map of nanofiber diameter was drawn. In addition, the wettability and tensile breaking strength of nanofiber composite viscose/polyester nonwovens were tested. Bursting and adsorption separation performance. The results show that the prepared composite nanofibers are smooth and uniform, and the diameter distribution effect is good. The nonwovens compounded with fine nanofibers have good water retention performance; Its tensile properties, bursting properties and adsorption effect on heavy metal ions are ideal.
The research results of the above two membrane materials show that the sodium alginate composite membrane has good pure water flux and protein rejection rate, and can be used for sewage purification. The sodium alginate-based composite nanofiber membrane has a good adsorption effect on heavy metal ions; So it can be used for recycling heavy metal ions.
