  1. The slurry mixing operation is convenient, the formula is simple, and other auxiliary slurries (such as sodium silicate, talcum powder, grease, etc.) are saved or used less. The sizing tank is easy to clean, which reduces the labor intensity of sizing workers.

  Second, high-temperature sizing, slurry permeability is good, viscosity is stable, and the remaining slurry does not deteriorate (when the temperature is high, appropriate preservatives are added to facilitate recycling).

  Third, the bonding situation of the guide roller in the wet zone of the drying room is better than that of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose pulp, and the drying efficiency is higher than that of starch pulp and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose pulp.

  Fourthly, there are fewer defects such as sizing spots, doubling heads and twisting heads, and the sizing yarn is not easy to break at the reed teeth, which is beneficial to operation and can improve the quality of the sizing shaft.
