Printing thickener, a textile reactive dye, is a thickener for reactive, disperse and direct dye printing recently developed by Nanshan Biotechnology. The thickener is powder, which is beneficial to long-term storage.
Outstanding characteristics of reactive dye printing thickener
1, the dosage of traditional and conventional expensive materials is reduced in the formula, so the price is reduced;
2. The color feed is higher than the traditional material printing paste, and it has excellent block surface uniformity;
3, the cold water has good solubility, can be directly dissolved by cold water, and the consistency is better than that of the conventional paste;
4, good stability, convenient for long-term storage, this material can be stored for about 2 years, if it is not afraid of taste, the finished paste can be stored for a long time by adding formaldehyde to the prepared material;
5, wide adaptability, can be used for printing colors of various synthetic fibers and cotton cloth, and is also suitable for printing wool, silk and the like. Various types of reactive, disperse or direct dye printing;
6, the amount of thickener paste is saved, and the cost is reduced;
7. The biggest feature of this thickener is that it can't react with dyes, and it is easy to transfer dyes from paste to materials.
8. At the same time, the printed patterns are clear, bright, feel good and give high color.
The printing performance of printing paste depends largely on the properties of the original paste. Sodium alginate paste is generally used in direct p rinting of reactive dyes, but a single paste is difficult to meet various requirements in printing.
In practical application, sometimes, in order to obtain satisfactory results, two or more pastes are used to learn from each other's strong points and make a paste. In order to study the influence of compound printing paste on a pparent color depth, three different types of reactive dyes, namely reactive brilliant red K-2BP, KN reactive dye and B reactive dye, were used, and sodium alginate was used to paste the compound printing paste, and the two-phase printing was carried out (fixing agent 0.7g, penetrant OK0.2g, steaming temperature 102℃), and then their K/S values were measured respectively.
Sodium alginate paste printing can obtain a higher K/ S value in a shorter fixation time. This is because each six-membered ring in sodium alginate paste molecule has carboxyl anion, and there is electrostatic repulsion between it and dye anion, which is beneficial to dye fiber with dye anion and gives higher color. The K/ S value of sodium alginate paste printing increases gradually with the increase of steaming time, and tends to be unchanged after a certain period of time, and the overall increase of K/S value is not significant. The K/S value of printing with compound paste is lower with shorter fixation time, and the K/S value of printing with KN dyes with higher activity is the lowest. Under the same steaming time, the K/S value of sodium alginate paste printing is higher than that of compound paste. With the increase of steaming time, the printing K/S value of compound paste increases greatly, and its increasing range changes with the change of dye types. This may be because the compound paste has excellent hygroscopicity. With the increase o f steaming time, more dyes dissolve and penetrate into the fiber, which makes the printing K/S value increase significantly.
