1. Selection of dyes When dyeing, try to choose varieties with good diffusibility and levelness, and when matching colors, choose dyes with similar dyeing performance.

  2. Reduction cleaning Reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After reduction and cleaning, the color becomes slightly lighter. At the same time, the rubbing fastness and light fastness are improved.

  3. Prevention of tar spots The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dye solution, and the main components are dye dispersants and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomer is polyester polycondensation, which will seep out of the fiber and flow into the dye solution to adhere to the fiber surface during high temperature and long time dyeing. Measures to prevent tar spots are as follows: (1) Strengthening fabric pretreatment. (2) Improve the dyeing bath ratio. (3) Application of high temperature and high pressure dispersant. (4) High temperature drainage is adopted to avoid crystallization and precipitation of dye after cooling. (5) Shorten the equipment cleaning cycle.

  4. The preparation of dye solution When preparing dye solution, the sodium alginate dye should be made into slurry with a small amount of cold water first, and then diluted with room temperature water. Note that the temperature of diluted water should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, and the dispersed dye quilt will be destroyed, but condensed. In addition to the preparation, the dye can also be prepared by dusting method, that is, the dye is slowly sprinkled into cold water under high-speed stirring, and it is not advisable to leave it for a long time after the dye bath is prepared. It is necessary to stir slowly with a stirrer to prevent precipitation.
